In 2019, a new coronavirus (Covid-19) was detected in Wuhan Province, China. It is a new coronavirus that has never been seen in humans before.
The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through water particles produced by the cough, sneeze or discharge of an infected person. These droplets are too heavy to float in the air, and that is why they quickly fall to the floor or surface.

According to the Johns Hopkins University Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE), the number of people infected with the coronavirus worldwide has risen to 178,69,069 by Friday morning. Of these, 35 lakh 8 thousand 115 people have died.
In the United States, the most affected country in Corona, the total number of people identified is three crores 32 lakh 18 thousand 620 people. Of these, 5 lakh 93 thousand 262 people have died.
Brazil is the second most affected country in Corona after the United States. The country ranks third in terms of casualties and second in terms of deaths. In this Latin American country, one crore 83 lakh 42 thousand 162 people have been infected so far, and 4 lakh 57 thousand 753 people have died.
In second place in terms of attacks, India is in third place in terms of death. So far, the number of victims in the country is two crores 63 lakh 69 thousand 93 people. And 3 lakh 15 thousand 235 people have died.
The deadly coronavirus has spread to 192 countries worldwide since the outbreak began in December 2019 in China. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the coronavirus crisis an epidemic on March 11 last year.
